Va numerado y está sin usar. El papel tiene marcas al agua.Certificación del donativo que entregó el Führer a la economía alemana en junio de 1939. Las recaudaciones que realicen los portadores de dichos certificados están prohibidas para todos los pertenecientes al partido en sus unidades de trabajo. Firmado por el presidente del consejo de administración y por el interino administrativo del Führer.
